If a serious condition develops
call our office at 508-730-1666. You will be accommodated
into
our normal work schedule. If after hours, please
call the same phone number and our answering service
will contact our "On Call" physician
to instruct you on what to do.
What
to do in an EMERGENCY!
If you require emergency treatment, dial 911.
If you are brought to an emergency room the hospital staff will contact us.
All your medical records are considered confidential
information. We will release the records or any
part of them only if you give us written authorization.
No matter what the circumstances, we will not
release these records unless we have written
notification that you wish us to do so.
Appointment
Confirmation: A call will be placed to yourresidence
within 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
It is important that you notify us of any changes

All co-payments and charges for uncovered services
are due at the time of service. Patients
are responsible for verifying covered & uncovered
services with their individual
insurance. Please present your insurance
card (s) at every visit so that we may verify all
the information.
Billing: Medical Charges are payable
in full on the day that services are
rendered, unless you
have
a health insurance plan that our
practice contracts with. We participate

About
Us:
In December of 2001, Obstetrical Associates of
Fall River relocated to the Jefferson Mill taking
7500
sq. ft
for their new offices. Southcoast hospitals joined
Obstetrical Associates, Inc. in an adjacent 2500
sq ft. suite to provide onsite labs, ultrasound
and
mammogram
at their
location.
Obstetrical Associates, an OBGYN group
was formed in 1963 with two physicians and has
now grown
to a staff of nine healthcare providers. Like many
other healthcare professional groups in our region,
Obstetrical Associates chose their original location
because of its proximity to local hospitals. Many
of the physicians are staff members at both St.
Anne's Hospital and Charlton Memorial Hospital
in Fall River.
OBA made their decision to relocate to the Narragansett
site based upon their need for increased space
with room to grow in the future. Dr. Kasparian
from OBA
says, "the advantage of this new state-of-the-art
facility is that we offer one-stop shopping for
all our women's patients' healthcare needs.
We also offer
ultrasound, mammography, laboratory, and tests
on-site. The
facility has brought our patients: better parking,
more spacious waiting rooms and exam rooms, and
easy highway access from Rt. 79 and Rt 24." Jay
Corey, the practice administrator for the group
said, "this
new site has distinct advantages over our previous
location. We have the ability to grow and add new
technologies as our practice expands, and the convenience
of both
parking and accessibility to the surrounding communities
is a big plus."
